Extremely shady business. I took my nephew's bike in after being recommended to mammoth by a ""friend"", who said they were one of the best. My estimate for what should have just been basic maintenance was hilariously massive. To make matters worse, I was given an EXTREMELY hard time when I refused service in order to take the bike elsewhere. They were pretty much holding the bike hostage until I paid up, and it took forever to get my bike back. So it turns out this ""friend"" who recommend Mammoth was actually best friends with one of the employees over there! Wow! Shady and a huge waste of time.
