If there is any wonder as to why the Botony Village is in decline we have slum lords like Damiano to thank. I looked at a rental in his building and it was deplorable! There were twin mattresses on the floor and the place was filthy. Clifton should do a better job overseeing rentals in this area. The building looks great on the outside - trust me, it's all a facade.
