Review content:
I too have been a loyal customer until this last incident. Having purchased birds and supplies from them, I recently went to purchase another bird, for my mother, to give to my son for his birthday. I was told to wait to pay, but they would hold the bird until my extra cage was available. When I went back the price had increased by $20.00 dollars. When I asked for the original price which was posted, I was denied. Several of the employees admitted I was correct and still the manager argued with me and asked why I was making such a big deal over the money! My mother is retired and on a fixed income. She wasn't expecting to pay that much. I asked if it was worth losing my business, and was told that since I was being so difficult, she would give me a store credit. Keep the store credit. It is obvious that she is not interested in my business, but I bet her competitor is.
