ChrisannF - Sewer had been backing up into all three floor drains as well as the main line cap for over a week. Gross! My husband thought he got the clog when he put a 50ft snake down the main line last weekend. When I was washing clothes yesterday, all the sewers were backed up again. After I called a few services that couldn't come out until tomorrow or even the next day (I was trying to get the cheapest price), I gave up and called Roto-Rooter. We had used them for a backup and basement flooding back in 2006. They were were so prompt and efficient then, and I wasn't disappointed with the service this time either. So glad I called Roto-Rooter in Minneapolis! Brian (48-936), the plumber, arrived within an hour of my phone call. He gave me a prompt estimate and explained everything he would be doing. He cleaned up and completed the job in the time he told me it would take. Then he explained the issue. It was a good news/bad news scenario and may take some further work, but I feel confident in the job Brian completed as well as the service I receive from Roto-Rooter. I will definitely use them again and again
