I used Shelby Travel to book several girls for spring break this year. This agency totally dropped the ball and did NOTHING to fix it! When the girls went to check into their flight, that was booked one year in advance, they did not have seats and the flight had been overbooked by 20 people. They blamed it all on the airlines and not the fact that they had not followed through to make sure seats were assigned. It wasn't their child flying and although their were some parents traveling along with them, these 17-18 year old girls were completely hung out to dry. I caution ANYONE using this agency to think twice... I have NEVER been treated with such disrespect and lack of concern for my daughter's safety. Why use Shelby Travel when at least if you do it yourself you know it will be done right.
