Review content:
I called up to ask some questions about what type of format some photos needed to be in order for them to print them off. I do all the file work at home and run over there for them to tell me that all their color printers are down and won't be up for awhile. I don't understand why they didn't tell me this on the phone previously. This ended up making an important project of mine late as well.
Not only has this experience been a waste of time and very unsuccessful, but other times that I have gone there to print I end up emptying my wallet on bad print jobs.
Maybe others have had good experiences here, but so far I have to give a thumbs down and say I doubt I will be coming back here unless it is for some simple black and white copies. Good luck to everyone else.
