i will never go there again! i experienced a very rude service advisor, "john", he treated me as if i was a child and he lost his temper and began swearing & tossing things around, even his co-workers were embarrassed by his behavior! why does the manager allow this man to treat people like this? we, the customers, pay these service people's salaries!!! there are a few nice people who work there, don't get me wrong, but that john guy shouldn't be allowed in the customer service business! Pros: there are some really nice people who work there with the exception of "john" in service. Cons: "john", in the service dept., is very hot headed and does not know how to treat customers!
