Review content:
I went in looking for a particular screw to repair a handbag I had broken the latch on. I approached the credit counter and the young man helped me find the right size screw and then he explained to me why this one was the right one and did I want it cut to fit? Did I need anything else? He was absolutely helpful and offered all of the things that I would have never thought of. I wish I had caught his name. He deserves credit. I like the feel I get when I go in this store. Always helpful and knowledgeable staff. Way to Go.
