We've been an actual customer of Computer Doctor for 1 year and have nothing but the highest praise for these place. They go "above and beyond" every time. If we leave a message, we get callbacks within a few hours. I wish the support guys where I work had the skills and attitude these guys have. From replacing a fried hard drive on my wife's laptop (and recovering the data) to helping configure a new Outlook 2010 installation (just finished tonight at 7:45pm cst), these guys really know what they are doing and stick around till the problem is SOLVED. From my experience, they are several levels deep in experienced techs. If the Level 1 guy can't solve the problem, he doesn't hesitate to "go up the ladder" to some seriously techy people until the solution is reached. I'm glad to have them in our corner. Pros: null Cons: null
