Review content:
Purposely cleaned and inspected my rim and tire before taking it in to get it patched up. When they were done I noticed they scratched my rim. After pointing it out to them they said it couldn't have been them and I probably hit a rock coming over to the shop. They know they did it and didn't do anything to fix the problem. I watched him take the rim off my car and didn't see any scratches on my rim. Worse part is the rims are matte black so now I have a noticeable SILVER scratch on my BLACK rims!!!
