Review content:
I don't know who all these people are that think this company is all that good. Their service after the sale is awful, and we live only a few blocks away from them. They don't return calls with regularity, so getting them to do anything for you requires some effort. The pool they installed for us had defective tile, which flaked apart and now looks terrible. Oh, but we were informed that that was not covered under that whiz-bang warranty they claim to have. The owner (Ron) sat at our kitchen table and rather than addressing our issues with the tile, told us both about his own trials and tribulations for an hour or two. I no longer do business with them unless I have to for some reason. I have a hard time understanding how they stay in business. If I ran my own business that way, I'd be out of business.
