Review content:
This clinic is one to avoid. My pets had been clients before the sale to the current owner. My mistake was conining to go there. I found several examples of missing, innacurate, and misfiled records. Treatments appear to be administered by poorly trained office personnel. To me that is a definite sign of a poorly run business. Adding to that is the Vet seems to have treatment tunnel vision - wanting to continue a course of treatment without examining the facts and listening to the owners. Seems more interested in performing expensive procedures than in providing quality care for the pet. My pets are no longer clients there. If i had moved to other Vet sooner, and had been able to promptly get my pet's records from this office, my sweet baby might have gotten a correct diagnosis in time to save him. He certainly did not need the expensive surgery recommended by this Vet. Beware!!!
Pros: none
Cons: unprofessional actions, tunnel vision diagnosis
