Honestly they dont deseve a rating but since you have to put one i will but if i didnt have to put one i wouldnt!!! I called them early in the morning yesterday and did a online quote request. I finally got a call back from them today! I asked whats the price of the system and installation and he gave me a freaking lecture on them compared to a national company then I said well can you give me a round about quote for the system and installation and he said no I don?t know the installation price how do you work for a company and you can't give me a QUOTE?? The freaking website says FREE QUOTE and the Sales guy doesnt know what installition costs?? Then to make it worse he tells me they dont have any installion packages well the freaking website says they do so either someone doesnt know what they are doing or they need to upday their website!! I rather pay 30 a month with ADT at least they know what they are talking about.
