Review content:
I dropped off 3 blankets here to have them embroidered. We went over the spelling of the names twice and I signed a paper saying they were correct. 10 minutes later, I called back and changed one name from two words to all one word. When I came back to pick the blankets up, the name was all one word...but the spelling had been completely changed! I asked to see the form we filled out when it was dropped off and there it was, the correct spelling crossed out and a totally new word written in. The sales person apologized, wrote down the correction and told me that they would try to get the embroidery out and re-do it, but if they couldn't, they would buy another blanket and re-do the next day. I was a happy camper, mistakes happen after all. Pros: null Cons: null
