If you are not prepared to throw your money away then this is not the place for you, I bring my pet there for yearly check up and heart worm test and so happen there are not due at the same time and I ask the vet to do the heart worm test a bit earlier together with yearly check up/shot and they refuse, they told me she has to come back on a separate time so they can charge me another $35 office visit fees.
