My mother has grown to be an extremely forgetful person and I had been calling her three times a day just to remind her to take her medications. Because I live all of the way across town it was impossible for me to stop by daily to insure that she had, in fact, taken her meds and that she was keeping up after her house and her hygiene. After several days of missing her medication my mother ended up in the hospital and that was my breaking point. I hired Just Like Family to come in on a daily basis to remind my mother to take her medications and assist her with showering/dressing and housekeeping. The change in my mother is unbelievable! She has truly become a different person. The interaction with the aides and the ability for my mother to take a break from her daily tasks when needed has made a huge difference. The aides have been wonderful with my mother and the office staff has been great at communicating any changes in my mother's health. They even take notes at her doctors appointments and relay them to me which is comforting. My overall experience has been nothing but great and I can, with good conscience, recommend them to anyone who may need this kind of care.
