Dr. Smith does a great job with both of our dogs. She provides high quality care for them and she has a wonderful rapport with both dogs. When we get to the office, they can't wait to go in and see her. She listens to any concerns and takes time to explain various treatment options. The Redwood office is very clean. Their staff is careful about isolating dogs who may be seeing the vet with something contagious. Our dogs have stayed at Redwood during vacation and they come home happy and content. There is never pressure to purchase food or supplements from the vets or staff.
