Review content:
This has been the worst expierence ever! we needed basement carpet, hardwood floor, tile bathroom, and tile fireplace done. so far it has been over a month and only the basement carpet is done! they keep switching the contractors and cancelling appointments, they have come to measure the same things about 3 times, and keep forgetting to have us sign papers so they have to cancel the day that it is supposed to be done! we ended up cancelling the hardwood floor because they decided after telling us to go buy more of the wood we have now, that we actually needed to buy their wood. So now we are waiting for the tile to be done and everytime we talk to someone they change the appointment! One person tells us one day and another person tells us a different day. nobody knows what they are doing and nobody communicated with eachother over there. On top of all this they kept asking us for downpayments and THEN they would reschedule. This should have been done a month ago. This was the webster store so maybe others are better but we will NEVER be coming here again and do NOT reccomend it to anyone. They are more worried about getting their money then making their customers happy. Once they get their money they will screw you over. dont go here.
