Review content:
I started taking karate at the request of my daughters who been taking karate classes for several months. It quickly became something I was doing for myself. I was having fun, finally getting out of behind my desk, and pushing myself physically to reach goals I either had not attempted in years or never thought I could do. Action Karate is a very motivational environment--not just the instructors (who are all wonderful) but my classmates too. We encourage and support each other. The higher ranking belts are willing to help us and answer our questions. There is always someone to motivate me, help me with new self-defense moves or encourage me to reach new goals. It is the most positive and friendly environment I have been in and I enjoy being there every time I go!!!! Check it out! It will change your life too!
