Review content:
I took my daughter to Gatlinburg for her birthday and decided to take her to a spa for a manicure, pedicure and hour massage. we could barely feel the massage. there were only two songs that played over and over again the whole time we were there. there are no built in tubs for pedicures, just bowls of luke warm water. my pedicure and manicure were both bad. they acted as if putting our hands and feet in paraffin was a favor. they gave us "flip-flops" that came apart before i made it to the car. no big deal but they advertise differently. there was not an actual seat for the pedicure either, just a ledge basically. i can do a way better job painting my own toenails and fingernails. my daughter's were so clumpy we had to go out and get polish remover to remove it before we went anywhere. her toes were just as bad. the "massage" i was given on my arms when i got my "manicure" have caused me extreme pain as he pushed on "my ligaments" (he said he was pushing my "pressure points" ) over and over again and now can barely move right arm. they talked to us and everyone else that came thru the door, and also discussed their appointments for the day. they did charge a 20% gratuity without asking... i would not have given them this, they didn't deserve the $140.00 each we paid either. i wish we had never gone. i'm sore, feel like i got no massage and we have to re-do our own nails just to make them look decent. THEY ARE NOT EXPERIENCED!!!!!!
Pros: very nice setting
Cons: inexperienced and don't get near what you pay for
