I have been dealing with Jerome's Automotive Services for at least 25 years. They have always been honest, dependable, and I don't think they ever oversell their customers. If you need something they will recommend it, and if you don't you will never hear about it. I think their prices are competitive.
They always make me feel like they are treating me honestly and fairly. They stand behind their work. If something goes wrong with a part they will push to have the manufacturer replace it under warranty. They do it promptly and without question. They also always seem to work it out to fit my schedule, so they are really convenient.
The quality of work is really very good. I got an oil change from a competitor, and they forgot to add oil. It blew my engine. Jerome's ended up replacing the engine for me, and they did a great job.
