Review content:
I was extremely happy with Eastside Tree Works. They did a major pruning that included a lot of different kinds of trees -- conifers, deciduous trees, Japanese maples and more. They pruned up high and down low and also did tree removal.
I interviewed them before deciding to use them. Matt came out to my property and we talked about what needed to be done.
The previous pruner/arborist that I used retired so I was looking for a new person. I had talked to two other people so I kind of knew what to expect in terms of how long it should take and what it would cost. I also have lived in this house for 25 years, so I have done this before.
Eastside Tree Works came when they said they would and the people they sent were extremely careful and well-trained. They were sensitive about not ruining my trees and did not butcher them.
I would definitely recommend them. They were very customer-focused and wanted to make me happy. They made sure that they did everything I wanted and, if there was anything extra that I needed done, they did that, too.
