Review content:
Everything about the quality of work and the service at Super Floors of Alaska is outstanding. I am a property manager, and when I have a flooring job I need them to be on schedule. I am doing complete remodels, and if one vendor is not on time it messes up everyone else's schedule as well. They are always punctual.
They get information to me right away, and they are always punctual with their work. That is extremely important for my line of work. When they say they are going to do work that day, they finish their work that day.
If there is a minor reason for a call back, they are right on it. I just think that Super Floors goes beyond normal customer care. I always feel completely taken care of. I make a phone call, tell them my needs, and if I need an estimate they often get back to me that afternoon. There is no delay with the information I need; they are always so prompt.
