Review content:
The movers arrived with an incorrect address so I had to show them a map of where to go and then have them follow me to my new place. Not only did this take extra time and cost me extra money, but they were also extremely slow moving. It took them 3 hours to move a bed, desk, tv stand, and two couches to my new house only 15 mins away!!
RESPONSE FROM Mad City Moving Services, LLC:
All of our crews are sent with maps and directions based on the address that our customer provides to us. If the men did not have the correct address, it was due to us not being told an address or us given the incorrect address. We have no other way to obtain the address unless it is from the customer.
