Review content:
by far, the worst I have experienced in terms of attitude, process, and price. if you are looking for quality service, you might get lucky--some are happy. I never liked that they took the pet out of sight for everything. I had not experienced that until this vet, apparently it is because of a conveyor like approach. you can forget about the feel good approach at this place, hamburger in; hamburger out. always left a bit uneasy, wondering what was done. they were the closest, but after 4 visits decided that was it and they wanted $20 for 1 year's worth of history. NOTE: they can provide that on a cd for the same $20. 100 cds cost $17. no matter, the history has always been complimentary at the numerous vets I have seen over the past 10 years of many of moves, military. they charge $20 for a piece of paper with the service indicating all the money you gave them. I certainly cannot recommend this place; alexandria animal hospital has their priorities in one place, your wallet
