I've been taking all of my 3 cats there for the past 16 years. For the most part I have encountered compassionate, caring vets and office staff, with VERY few negative experiences.\r

It would be helpful if they established some kind of payment schedule to pay a bill (for example, I paid almost $1,000 for a dental bill for one of my cats) -- it's hard to fork up four figures to pay a bill -- in the mid 90's they DID have a payment schedule-- in this day and age it would be GREAT if they re-instituted it.
