I am shoked about how some of the reviewers complain about the prices. I have been a pet owner all my life and have done a bit of price shopping. Trust me- the prices are similar all over to northern VA area. I have always recieved quality care in this place, and have been a client since I was a little girl. I get better customer care here then when I go to my doctor. I sat in the Er with my little dog not too long ago and witnessed a very upset family and what they were going through. The receptionist treated them with compassion and respect, and although I ended up waiting longer because their cat was sicker than my dog, I was glad that I was going to get the same care and it was worth the wait. I would not take my pets anywhere else.
