I have had the unfortunate experience dealing with this contractor. Not only was the work not performed as agreed up on in a timely manner but agreed upon quote was changed on completion of work.
We also had to issue a time of the essence due to a month over due on this small project. They will work 4 maybe 5 hours a day using uncalculated methods. Unfortunately the owner will promise the world and then turn around with a completely different story.
Stay clear. He seems to be very reasonable and does a great job with his pitch, but you will be sorry in the end. Price is not everything, and in the end it will cost you more than competitive bids without the same quality.
