Review content:
I called and scheduled an initial cleaning over a week in advance. Since it was the first time I would be using the company I took the morning off of work to be home when they showed up to make sure everything was good to go. Too bad they didn't show up....or answer the phone when I called to inquire where they were.....or call me back when I called again and left a message later that day.
Unfortunately, it took me calling them for a third time the following day to finally get someone on the phone, who told me that they had me in the schedule, but didn't know what happened.
When I asked if they would like to reschedule, but give me a discount, they replied that they really weren't interested in working in my area. Why put advertisements on everyone's door in my neighborhood then?
Horribly run business that cost me unnecessary time. Don't even bother wasting yours.
P.s.- check out the other reviews out there and remember "marlena" is the name of the company owner...so be sure to look at who wrote the review before believing it.
