Called the gang at Rooter PHD on a Saturday with what I thought was a clogged drain just before my wife ran to the store with my daughter. Rooter PHD showed up in an old fire EMT vehicle. Meanwhile my wife returning from the store with my daughter seeing the big red EMT looking vehicle parked outside our house my daughter immediately states "Oh my God he tried to fix it himself" we have had a few emergency room visits during our home improvement projects. In short what started out being what I thought was a clog drain ended up being a very serious problem with a main line in a two story house.||[]Matt and team from Rooter PHD were honest, laid out several options for us and because of their professionalism and honesty and how our issue was handled from the guys on the ground to the office staff when we had follow up questions. We choose not to get any other estimates from any other firms.||[]While Matt and team preformed the work I found them very professional, kept me in the loop, was respectful of our home, property and my family members. They showed up on time didn't dillydally and while they were working, two of the head guys showed up to pick up a piece of equipment. They stayed to chat with me to see how things were going and that I was happy with the work being done and the crew that was doing it and more importantly to reassure me it would all work out.||[]I found the crew at Rooter PHD from the head honcho's, the office staff, to the guys on the ground to be a class act. I found them innovated, respectful, skilled, reassuring and sensitive to my issue and finances.||[]I cannot praise them enough and would highly recommend them. But don't take my word for it. If you having a plumbing issue call them first, you'll find you won't want to waste your time calling anyone else.||[]
