Went for a Valentine's present - room and spa treatments for my wife and I. Ordered room service - which was expensive, and the food was great. But they did not bring water, bread, or anything but the meals ordered, and tacked on a room service charge. When asked if there was anything else we needed, and we said water, they though we were kidding and did not bring it. The Spa felt very rushed. So many people were there for the 6:30 spot, we could not even sit down in the waiting area - not very relaxing. Needless to say, after three visits to the lodge and spa - this one was our last.
