I bought an '08 Honda Accord from Hendrix. This was my first time ever doing business with them. I went in wanting a used car. The dealership was offering big incentives to buy a new car. The used car salesperson was very helpful. However, she didn't want to come down on the price when I finally started looking at new cars. I was ready to walk. I ended up speaking with a finance manager. She sold me the car with no money down and no trade in. I have good credit and stable work history. \r
I haven't had any problems with regards to service either. Overall, my experience was positive. I would purchase another car from them via the finance manager.
