If you have options, go with another company. I'm a business owner, and have to process about 40 people per year for certification. I generally go with whichever flyer I've received in the mail most recently, and have never had any issue. However... these "Premier Food Safety" people are rip-off artists.
I called to get re-certified, and just wanted to take the test only. They signed me up, and I paid $89. But when I called to schedule the test a few weeks later, they are now requiring me to pay another $39!!!
So... I asked for my money back. They said they could only give me $60 back because the email they sent me cost $29, and is non-refundable!!! What a scam. I'm also filing a complaint with the BBB, but want to ensure others don"t fall prey to these vultures.
