the staff are always great. chris really does a fanatastic job. my only suggestion would be to work on timing. the last visit, I waited about 25 minutes between my polishing and my cleaning. customers realize that things get backed up, but this was the second time there was a more than 20+ minute delay in getting started. I still think Jody's crew is great, but just wanted to mention that
