I have been on a BBq kick and have been going to every BBq place I can find and Berkleys Backyard BBq is Hands Down the Best!! From talking with Berkley himself his father learned his trade from a chinese chef. So alot of his spices and marinades have a chinese influence. I am addicted to the smoked chicken. It is so juicy and tender and has a taste you will die for. I had a 50th Anniversary party for my folks and he showed up with this massize smoker named SMOK-ZILLA . It was the hit..he had music going and he was dancing and having a ball..my wife loves him.. His staff was also amazing..onething you hate is the cleaning and Berkleys staff really helped out alot. I highly recommend Berkleys Backyard BBq for any of your BBq Needs!!
