I gave it one star because their was the lowest ranking, however I think a rating of poor was very generous for this place. This is my experience , I will let you rate it yourself. I got a new white silk tips set, when I left 9 out of 10 nails had gaps in between my nails and the tips, they were not buffed and had all kinds of bumps on them, the next day I went back and they said they would try to fix it because they did not have time for a new set, a week later my nails looked disgusting with dust in the gaps that had by now opened again, the manager told me she could not fix them because they did not have a enough time for me to come back 5 days later on my appt. day, I did only to be yelled at and embared in front of the full salon, because she felt that I wanted free service, I very calmly told the lady that I would gladly pay for her service to fix their mistake, but she continued to belittle me in front of her customers. The girl that was fixing my nails was crying of upset and the manager was able to bring me to tears as well with her comments, so I got up and left without my nails fixed but with my dignity. If you ever complain, be prepared, if not you might even get a cup of tea. NEVER AGAIN, this place should be shut down for treating paying customers like garbage.
