This spa is definitely not focused on customer service. They won't let you use gift certificates on anything other than full price services. Shouldn't gift certificates be the same as cash to them since someone gave them cash FOR the certificate???? Ridiculous. I bought some of their gift certificates for a few of my clients for Christmas last year and all of them have complained to me about that. Won't be buying gift certificates there anymore! Also, don't bother using the email address listed on their website........because they apparently never check it. Or if they check it, they certainly never respond.
