Review content:
One of toms first words to me was " Do not listen to the n***** right there" Lets just start off with that. I got fired from this Meineke because I asked about my pay and a racist comment that Tom Gauta ( the bigger white guy thats there) said. I never filled out a W2 or I9 and i got fired over it just for asking about it because he told me he was the law and over time was 51 hours not 40.. Now when i call to talk to the Owner, Tom refuses to allow me to talk to him and keeps telling me he is in charge. While i was there i witnessed Tom try to fight a customer at the Home Depot parking lot. This guy had air tubes in his nose. I also did inspections when i was there and im not even certified. I worked on a girls car that had no transmission fluid in it and brought it up to Tom and he said push it out and the next day she was back because her car ran horrible. He made me pass cars with oil leaking on the exhaust because they were his friends. Apparently he does not like african americans because i saw pictures of a noose he hung on an african americans toolbox. ( I still have the picture). I have never in my life seen the amount of cars come back to a shop in my life and i was a mechanic in the Army for six years with to tours under my belt. I just cant beleive i can get fired for someone who thinks hes the owner when the owner isnt around and refuses to let me speak to the owner. 9086019074 for anybody who wants more of this story because its alll true.
