This shop always has that plastic payless smell to it. Typically well-stocked, I have found the sales staff to be routinely pleasent. This shop seems to run the same sales & clearence offers as other Payless shops. I placed an order via payless.com & had it delivered to this shop. All went smoothly & the clerk gave me a $2 coupon to use on my next in-house or online order. Shoes don't last much longer than a few dozen wears - or at least they begin to look shabby at this point. Not a bad option for inexpensive, low-use shoes.
