Review content:
Northridge Tower Pharmacy has made three errors with me. It is surprising considering I have only been a client for five months. I believe they are incompetent, disrespectful and dangerous. The most serious error was when they gave me the wrong prescription and mislabeled it. Intuitively I knew the prescription was incorrect but couldn't be sure because it was a generic medication. I told them it was incorrect and then there was a debate where they insisted they were correct. Finally I had to drive home a distance. Research the medication with photos and prove the pharmacy had mad an error. I printed out the proof and finally the pharmacy gave me the correct prescription-- but they still refused to admit their mistake. I am only writing now because they have made two more errors only a month later. These people are incompetent and you gamble your life doing business with them.
