I'll start by saying how painful this is; we have been clients forever but no more...
Once upon a time I would have told you how great they are but after they became part of VCA that all changed. Good vets left (Kellee Roberti, mentioned in some great reviews has been gone a very long time). They have turned into a 'by appointment only' shop, sure, if you have only minimal needs (check-ups, vacinations, etc) they are good but if you have any emergency or unexpected service need then go someplace else and if you look at other reviews you will see this pattern has been seen by others.
In our case we had a emergency, called during business hours and were told to go to another animal hospitol because they couldn't fit another appointment!
