NASTY!
I purchased a Groupon in Oct. 2010 for Little Chefs. It expires on 10/21/11.
After I purchased I realized it can only be used on the Holiday schedule.
Being a full time working mother, the availability of during the week is hard. I took off from work on Columbus Day 10/10 to take my daughter before it expires, as they do have a class listed for that day.
The woman I spoke to in Syosset , who refused to give me her name was extremely rude, asking why I waited so long to call her. I explained there isn't a must call or book by date and the Groupon isn't expired. She said she had no room and the only thing she offered was a Thursday 10/26 class from 5-7pm. I once again explained to her that I am a full time working mother that lives at least 30 minutes from her Syosset location and would never be able to make 5pm.. I said I can do any weekend class or if she could extend the Groupon to a later date, I'd make arrangements; she refused.
I asked to speak with the owner, who she said was not in. After asking 3 times for the owners name, she told me it was Gayle Ginsburg, but I can be not certain if there is truth to that.
I"m extremely disappointed that this woman will be getting money from Groupon for doing nothing but be rude and nasty!
