I tink I'm a very reasonable person but this facility has changed drastically. I picked my dog up last week and he is so sick. The worst part about his is after taking him to the vet I was informed they were aware of a problem at the facility 5/6 weeks ago and my vet thought they were shut down to sanitize. My vet alone treated(and I quote) "a slew of dogs" for kennel cough. Upon contacting K9 Kampus a staff memeber told me all clients were notified and given the option of exposing their pets to this situation and that was not true, as I wasn't and never would have exposed my dog to it! The owner lied about it but after just getting off the phone with their insurance company, who admitted there are a bunch of sick dogs and the owner knew there was a problem, are making good on all claims!! I will never use that kennel again and hope that anyone reading this will reconsider. The fact that they would knowingly allow people to bring their beloved pets into that situation is a clear indication to avoid them!
