Review content:
The Doctor's Office of Santa Clarita is one of the best medical facilities I have ever gone to or brought my children to.
Dr. Cox, and all the doctors I have encountered here, are knowledgeable, kind, and courteous. They take the time to talk to you, find out what your symptoms are, and what the best course of treatment is.
I have never felt rushed or hurried. Never been put off by office staff or dismissed the way another practice in this valley treats it's patients.
If you are looking for a doctors office where the staff are polite, caring, and sympathetic, this is the office to go to. They do a follow up phone call the next day to see how you are doing. And they have a doctor on call who actually answers the phone himself on the first ring after hours.
I have never been over charged or have had any billing issues, even when I had to come back three times in the same day to have tests reviewed, I was not charged more than for the first visit.
I am very impressed with the quality of care and the staff at this office and I highly recommend you try them.
