I wish I had seen this site before I ordered anything. Ordered letters on Apr 22. I emailed them on May 14 to ask where my order was. They said a color was on BO (Why didn't they let me know that on Apr 22?) and should receive my order "end of next week." It's May 25, still no show and no email response. Take your business elsewhere!
Update: I called on June 3rd and the gentleman said it shipped. Checked my cc bill and THEY CHARGED ME A SECOND TIME. I received an email on June 9th that it shipped (Somebody's not telling the truth? *shocker*). June 12th, still no merchandise. My cc company has opened two cases to resolve this. Either these guys are the most incompetent business people in NC or they're crooks. Either way, caveat emptor.
