Good: I like the family atmosphere of the business...some are related by blood, others are not, but it would be hard to tell which is which. They all work well together and make customers feel they are valued.
The services offered go above and beyond what is advertised....I can ask questions which might seem "silly" to some, but they spend their time trying to figure them out for me because they understand it is important to me. The pricing is reasonable so I never have to "shop around".. Other: They are very easy to contact, by phone or by using the help desk on their website, or even email. A response from them is almost immediate. I even receive help on the weekend when the store is closed. I am remembered by name and am treated with respect. They listen to me and don't talk above me or talk down to me, which is important to me. Custom Computers it the business I use for BOTH my home and office and I highly recommend them to others..
