Review content:
Pilgrim School educates students from age 2 through high school. 100% of seniors attend four-year colleges (including my son who graduated in 2010). Pilgrim's historic campus reminds many parents of schools "back East." Centrally located (just 5 min from downtown LA), Pilgrim offers pre- and after-care, a traditional college-prep program paired with creative programs that are open to all students. Yoga, dance, theater, music, a new fine arts building, visiting writers, artists-in-residence are all available. PE begins in Junior K, and team sports begin in Grade 4, with a "no-cut" policy. If your child wants to play soccer, s/he will, even if s/he has never before played. Head of School Mark Brooks is a visionary leader.
