I went to One Ten home furnishings, the sales man Steven seemed nice, but things are deceiving I told him exactly what I needed and he showed me a sectional which I liked, I decided to purchase it, I gave him a down payment and he told me it will take 8 weeks because they make it in North Carolina, I went home and measured the living room and realized the sectional would not fit and i returned to the store the very next day to cancel my order and to see if there is something else, but there was nothing that interested me, he tells me that he cannot refund the charge because only the owner can authorize a charge return and the owner will be in tomorrow but it will be done. I told him i will be back tomorrow but soon as i got home i had a bad vibe so I called him back and asked him what is the owners name because i want to know who am i speaking with tomorrow and he now tells me that he forgot that the owner actually will not be in all week and that he will probably be in on the weekend or next week and once again tells me that the owner is the only one to authorize a charge return, but asked me for my credit card number so he can give it to the owner whenever he comes in, Are you kidding me? even a stationary store can reverse the charge to your credit card but I have to wait for the owner who was to be in tomorrow and now wont be in till the following week. Stay away from this store and RUN AWAY from these crooks.
