rave has little-known designer's clothes for very cheap. it's good for getting nice-looking cltohes for both men and women for a low price. they're very encouraging of local fashion designers - they run one of my friends' clothing labels even though he's just in college.
this location's inside beltway plaza, which apart from the wings to go and the movie theater, is pretty sucky, btu that's not the point.
most of the time, the clothes are reasonably priced for designer clothes, but sometimes they're a little more expensive. you can also get cheap tops and stuff.
