Review content:
We have a rental house in Clanton and had some issues with our ac unit. We called Shelby Heating and Cooling and the came to look at the problem the next day. The person they sent worked at Wal-Mart in the stock room for years, so I was unsure how much he actually knew about ac units. Turns out, it wasn't much. He made a wrong diagnosis the first time. We paid for this service when he went out there, so when we called a couple days later, the company sent the same person out again at no charge, who once again gave us the wrong diagnosis. The third time we called, they sent someone else out and according to him, we would have had to completely rip out all existing duct work and install new duct work and a new ac unit. They charged us for this bad advice as well. So we paid nearly $200 for bad advice. We called in another company and the problem was with the breaker box the entire time, not the unit at all.
